- 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste (I haven't tried it with the powder, so use the paste)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons organic extra-virgin olive oil
Whisk wasabi, vinegar and soy sauce. Slowly whisk in oil to combine. Drizzle over baby greens and love it. (This is for 1 large non-entree sized salad or two side salads)
