Summer-ish

It's been warm here! Almost feeling like summer and I love it. I've found that Ingrid likes to be warm- I put her in her swim suit and rested her on a blanket in the shade outside. She slept for a couple hours like that as I soaked up the sun.

Easter

Easter morning Maximus went on a long hunt for eggs in our yard and we had the most beautiful weather for it! The day before, we took him to the park where there was a hunt with hundreds of other kids for 40,000 eggs! I ran into an old friend there and we all had a blast. Easter afternoon was spent in Provo, buying a car! We got an Audi A4 wagon and I'm in love with it. That evening we ate at Fletcher and Laura's house and really enjoyed ourselves. They smoked a ham! Smoked ham is my guilty pleasure! I was impressed with Fletcher- I was trying to eat while I held a crying Ingrid and he took her and calmed her down.

Spring in Salt Lake City

Spring here is amazing. Today I walked a long ways while Maximus rode his bike. We toured the beautiful area and got great exercise while enjoying the blooms. The pink blooms are from a magnolia tree- my very favorite!
