I'm also including the list of food Ingrid ate before 3pm and the picture of Maximus eating his salmon sushi rolls. And the one if them eyeing cookies like beggars. I swear I feed them.

Ingrid in a pancake coma, inhaling cottage cheese toast, both kids eating sushi, begging for cookies...my kids love good food. And Maximus was thrilled about me making a super healthy alternative to cookies and ice cream!
