Snow!

I love when it storms. We just got about 14 inches and it was absolutely beautiful! It was a snow day at school, so we got together with some friends and went sledding!

With the Super Bowl coming up, the people of Colorado are going nuts. Each Friday, the first couple hundred people at King Soopers (grocery store) get a limited edition magnet. Yes, Jesse went to one location at 6am while Ingrid and I went to another one at 7am. We got our magnets though!

The Missile is 8!

This kid is the big 8 today! With all the ups and downs, I'm so grateful to be the mother to a very passionate, insightful, kind, intelligent, strong willed and loving son. He had his birthday party with 15 buddies on Saturday. Today he got a new skateboard and gets to go out to his favorite Mongolian restaurant for dinner. Go Maximissile! Let's make 8 great!

First Hair Trim

We finally let Ingrid get a trim today. No length was cut off, just trimmed the edges so it didn't look so messy. She LOVED it and when we were done she goes, "now can we get smoothies and walk around the mall?" Stop growing up!

During the break, we pretty much spent our time with friends.

A nice, quiet Italian restaurant and these two know how to act. One, because we've always taken them out and two, because they know mom and dad will lose it on them if they're not well behaved.
