Wasabi vinaigrette

This is by far, my favorite dressing to use with salad. I'm not one for spicy things, but this has been my favorite for a while. Keep in mind: a little goes a long way.
  • 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste (I haven't tried it with the powder, so use the paste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons organic extra-virgin olive oil

Whisk wasabi, vinegar and soy sauce. Slowly whisk in oil to combine. Drizzle over baby greens and love it. (This is for 1 large non-entree sized salad or two side salads)
